Seventy two steel table base models, fabricated and powder coated in our Grand Rapids shop. Most furniture suppliers buy bases in from overseas and hope the finish holds. We weld ours, coat them here in twenty two standard colors, and match them to tops we also build.

How to pick oneThree questions get you to the right base. Send us the top size and we will confirm the spec before you order.
1. What shape is the top?
Footprint follows the top.
- Rectangle or square
- T base for smaller tops, 2T once the top gets long enough to need support at both ends.
- Round
- X or 4X spider for even four-point support. 3C, 2V and 3V give three-point support with more legroom.
- Booth or banquette
- Cantilever, so there is no foot where someone needs to slide in.
Send us the top dimensions and we will confirm the right base before you order.
2. What height?
Dining, counter and bar all run off different column lengths.
- Dining height
- Standard column across every series.
- Counter and bar height
- Offered across every series. The 35, 43 and 48AT frames are built specifically for bar and communal heights.
- Floor mounted
- 44STB stationary base bolts to the floor for high traffic rooms.
3. What finish?
All bases are powder coated in house.
- Standard
- Twenty two stock colors, including flat black, bronze and brushed metallics.
- Custom match
- We can match a color from a sample or a spec you send.
- Durability
- Powder coat is harder and more chip resistant than wet paint, which matters on a surface that gets kicked every day.

T BasesSingle column on a T foot. The default for two-tops, four-tops and smaller squares — 14 models
2T BasesTwo columns on a shared spine. For long rectangles and communal runs that need support at both ends — 12 models
X and 4X BasesFour-prong spider foot. X for rounds and squares; 4X for a wider footprint under larger tops — 21 models
Cantilever and Multi-ProngCantilever for booth and banquette seating where a foot would be in the way. 2V, 3V and 3C for three-point support under rounds — 6 models
